CJ Sibert WhoWeAreCEO of Cisco Equipment since 2017, CJ Sibert purchased the Company from his father in 2019. From learning the business as a child on the shop floor to leading the Company’s international operations in Russia and Papau New Guinea this is a role CJ has spent a lifetime preparing for.

With expertise and experience gained providing equipment solutions and project management services in the most challenging operating environments, Cisco Equipment provides a project-focused approach to equipment rentals and sales.

Lead Team


Mike Cain, COO
Mike is responsible for coordinating and managing Cisco’s 6 branches. Additionally, Mike oversees safety management and works with the CEO and CFO to develop and implement strategic plans. Prior to joining Cisco, Mike served as Vice  President of Operations for other major construction companies, where he managed the pipeline construction division’s  P&L, day-to-day operations, customer accounts, Human Resources, HSE issues, and oversight of all Project Management.

David Fuqua, VP of Corporate Development
David is responsible for analyzing, developing, coordinating, and implementing the strategic priorities of the CEO. Most recently, prior to his current role David was an Investment Banking Associate with Deloitte Corporate Finance. In this role David was responsible for coordinating with senior bankers, clients, and investors, while leading day-to-day transaction management, across a number of M&A and Capital Advisory transactions. David’s experience includes transactions within the industrial, technology, healthcare, and consumer industries. David’s previous experience includes 4 years as an Infantry Officer in the United State Marine Corps. In this role David deployed as a Company Advisor to the Afghan National Army and as a Weapons Company Executive Officer as part of a Marine Expeditionary Unit. David earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Citadel.
